Cancellation policy

PREORDER CANCELLATIONS

Products marked PRE-ORDER are offered in limited production. Payment is collected in full at checkout, and orders ship within two weeks.

To request a cancellation, email sales@johnnyprotestant.com within 24 hours of placing your order and include your order number. Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, preparation may begin and cancellation may no longer be possible. This does not limit any rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. If we are unable to fulfill your preorder, we will notify you and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

International customs duties, import taxes, and carrier fees paid to third parties are not refundable by Johnny Protestant.
